i had a great experience here with Suzanne who did my double nipnops. i was super nervous but she was so friendly and chatted with me and I felt so comfortable! the place was super clean. it was a smooth and fast process. It's been around 20 days and the piercings are healing super well and I'm so happy with them. best decision ever!!!!! (i only decided last minute, i'm here on holiday so was really worried about the healing but the reviews really speak for themselves.)

I had several discrete piercings done today at The Piercing Urge with Suzanne. She was extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and whether certain piercings could be done. Extremely clean rooms and absolute professional when it came to the piercings. Recommend to others and I will be in the future.

Love love love love. Best piercing shop in Melbourne. Everyone is so professional and they really know their stuff. I felt very taken care of by the piercer and all my questions sufficiently answered. Couldn’t recommend this place more. I spent, a LOT more than I intended but I still left happy. Extremely large range in price for jewellery but all are of the best quality and even their cheaper options are great.

I have had two piercings done by Suzanne and Eloise and found they were both really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The studio was very clean and there are so many amazing jewellery options to choose from. I highly recommend them and will definitely be going back!

Amazing studio. Extremely clean and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and inclusive. Beautiful jewelry selection. Cannot recommend highly enough. Two piercings done so far, both by Adam, and they are gorgeous. He is patient and calm and takes his time to ensure everything is just right.

I can't even begin to express how amazing Eloise was throughout my piercing service. She is one of the kindest and most empathetic people I have ever met. I felt so calm and informed every step of the way and she has completely changed my perspective on how piercings are meant to be. I'm so so grateful and can't wait to come back some time soon!! <3

I have been here 2 times, booked in with Frankie. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and take pride in their work. They explained to me the entire piercing process as it was happening, which helped a lot with easing my nerves. They also gave an in-depth explanation on the healing process and are very knowledgeable about anatomy as well. Both of my piercings have healed up perfectly without an issue and I am in love with the high quality jewellery selection this place has! I will never go to a different place again. The pricing is a bit on the higher side, but you 100% get what you pay for at The Piercing Urge.

Went there for a jewelry change and couldn't be happier! Lola helped me pick the jewelry while Eloise did the change, and both were equally lovely, helpful and patient. I was never made to feel 'less' just because I was coming for a jewelry change and not an actual piercing. The procedure was safe (the jewelry is sterilized just before being put in) and performed with great care, the fit is perfect. Top marks, they absolutely deserve their reputation!
